LPGA Kia Classic Taps San Diego Business Leader, Kathy Cunningham, To Moderate Women's Leadership Luncheon


CARLSBAD, Calif., Mar. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- In addition to the top women in golf, the event will host the top women in business at their Women's Leadership Luncheon, Thursday, March 22nd. Leading San Diego marketing executive, Kathy Cunningham was just announced as the moderator of the inspiring event which is presented by Kia, the Servant Leadership Institute, Tech Data, and Cisco.

Kathy was thrilled to be invited to perform the hosting duties and says, "I believe we are the average of those with whom we surround ourselves, so I am honored to be asked to host such a prestigious group of women at this year's leadership event. Advanced Marketing Strategies is also excited to be working with the LPGA to help market this year's tournament again."

The Kia Classic Golf Tournament hosts some of the world's top female athletes, with plenty of star power expected to compete for the top spot and a purse of $1.8 million. The list includes United States' Michelle Wie, Lexi Thompson, Brittany Lincicome, Jessica and Nelly Korda, as well as the Republic of Korea's Jin Young, who leads the Tour in Official Money and is atop the Rolex Player of the Year.
