• Panel members can view feedback provided by other panel members for a candidate.
• HR administrators can create pre-defined feedback comments. These comments are made available as options to the panel members/HR managers while providing feedback.
• Attachments such as resumes, feedback forms, and job applications can be sent to panel members along with the interview schedule reminder email.
• The application allows HR managers to reject a group of candidates at a time.
• All resumes submitted by candidates can be verified by approvers. Only approved applications will then move to the resumes area.
• When creating a job application template, selected users (Interviewers, HR Administrators, and Hiring Managers) can be chosen for whom certain fields can be made visible or not on a job application that is downloaded or sent from SutiHR.
