Scott Deckelbaum, D.O., FAAD, FAOCD Joins the Team at Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery
WESTON, Fla., March 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is pleased to announce the newest member of their team, Scott Deckelbaum, D.O., FAAD, FAOCD. Dr. Deckelbaum begins with Riverchase Dermatology on Monday, March 19th and is currently accepting new patients at the offices in Weston (2625 Executive Park Drive Suite 7) and Pembroke Pines (603 N. Flamingo Road Suite 350).
Dr. Deckelbaum is a Board-Certified Dermatologist, Fellowship Trained Mohs Surgeon, and a Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology highly trained in medical dermatology. His specialties include Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Deckelbaum graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He completed a Family Medicine Residency at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY and a dermatology residency at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach in Long Beach, CA. He then went on to complete a one-year Mohs Micrographic Surgery Fellowship at the Tulsa Cancer Institute in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Dr. Deckelbaum has a special interest in skin cancer screenings, precancerous lesions, and the use of Mohs Micrographic Surgery to treat certain types of skin cancer.
