So fresh: Alaska Airlines elevates First Class menu and experience, with a West Coast twist. #upgrade


SEATTLE, March 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- To give guests more of what they love, Alaska Airlines is investing in the First Class experience with West Coast-inspired upgrades.

Alaska Airlines unveiled a flavorful new First Class menu inspired by the West Coast food scene. The savory Beecher's Flagship and Mushroom Fritatta is filled with Beecher's Flagship cheddar, sautéed wild mushrooms, and fresh dill. Served with crispy smashed baby Yukon Gold potatoes and oven-roasted tomatoes.

A flavorful new First Class menu will start flying this week, while new thoughtful product extras will be introduced throughout 2018. The new menu features fresh, local ingredients paired with seasonal favorites. Think strawberry-lime smoothie shots, an avocado bacon omelet, or a flank steak salad with green papaya, mint and lime wedges. All menus will have a vegetarian option available.

A flavorful new First Class menu will start flying this week on Alaska Airlines, including the Soba Noodles with Cashews. Warm soba noodles with sesame spinach, carrots, red peppers, carrots, and charred sugarsnap peas. Topped with cashews and toasted black sesame seeds and a traditional yakisoba sauce.

Alaska Airlines unveiled a flavorful new First Class menu inspired by the West Coast food scene. The Lemongrass Chicken is a boneless chicken breast marinated in lemongrass, shallots, soy sauce, and ginger. Served with mushroom fried rice, baby bok choy, and a kimchi aioli. Garnished with fresh radish sprouts.
