Uranium Participation Corporation Reports Estimated Net Asset Value at February 28, 2018

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 8, 2018) - Uranium Participation Corporation ("UPC") (TSX:U) reports its estimated net asset value at February 28, 2018 was CAD$463.3 million or CAD$3.50 per share. As at February 28, 2018, UPC's uranium investment portfolio consisted of the following:

On February 28, 2018, the common shares of UPC closed on the TSX at a value of CAD$4.00, which represents a 14.29% premium to the net asset value of CAD$3.50 per share.
