ONTARIO, Calif., March 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Subaru of America, partnered with Grabowski Brothers Racing and Crawford Performance, head into 2018 with their Unlimited Class 5 car. Six confirmed races are on the schedule, including the first of the year this coming weekend: the Polaris RZR Mint 400.
The 2017 Season was merely a test; improvements to the car have prepared the team for their first 2018 race with confident enthusiasm. This car is one of a kind and spearheading a new arena for Subaru to dominate.
Subaru's marketing manager, Rob Weir, shares the team's enthusiasm. "We were pretty excited the first time we saw the project. Most of our focus is either in stage rally or rallycross, or maybe hill climb events. For us to get out of our comfort zone and represent a new form of motorsport was fun and challenging."
Official 2018 Schedule:
2018 brings many opportunities not only for the team, but also for their fans. They have put together a giveaway for 4 lucky winners to get in the passenger seat for a ride in a LIVE race. Each winner gets a full lap in the PCI 300 on September 29. Click here for more info.
