Canadian Medtech Leader Highmark Interactive Hires 10-Year NHL Veteran Chuck Kobasew As Head of Professional Athlete Sales Team, Names John Gardiner Chief Operating Officer

TORONTO, Feb. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Highmark Interactive, Canada's first digital therapeutics company, announced today that it has hired Chuck Kobasew, a former member of the Calgary Flames and Boston Bruins, amongst others, to its professional athlete sales team. Kobasew will be Highmark's Head of Athlete Sales, with a plan to add others to that team in the coming year.

Highmark is also announcing that current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) John Gardiner has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, Gardiner will be responsible for the companies go-to-market strategy, and execution of its long-term vision.
