Total net assets of the Fund on December 31, 2017 were $1,201,448,629, as compared with $1,212,324,876 on September 30, 2017 and $1,161,973,952 on December 31, 2016. On December 31, 2017 the net asset value per share was $13.93 based on 86,229,677 shares of common stock outstanding.
