Sherwood Ford receives coveted DealerRater Dealer of the Year Award


SHERWOOD PARK, Alberta, Feb. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Sherwood Ford has once again received the DealerRater Dealer of the Year and Customer Satisfaction Award for 2018. This marks the second year in a row that the dealership has won the prestigious award. The dealership would like to thank the members of the Edmonton community because without their unwavering support, winning the award would have been impossible.

Dealerships throughout Canada and the United States are separated by Brand, State/Province and Nation to determine a winner in each category. Winners are decided by whichever dealership earns the highest Powerscoretm rating given out by DealerRater after measuring the dealership in many different fields.

The DealerRater Dealer of the Year and Customer Satisfaction Award has stiff criteria that a dealership must meet in order to be in consideration for the award. First, a dealership must have a minimum of 25 reviews on the DealerRater website for the past calendar year. Second, the dealership must receive at least one positive review during each quarter of said calendar year.

Next, the dealership must maintain a satisfaction rating greater than 4.0 (out of 5.0) for reviews received during the duration of the year. Finally, in order to qualify for the award, the dealership must not have been blacklisted at any point during the previous year. Sherwood Ford met all of these requirements and even maintained a 4.9 rating for the previous year.
