Joseph Hughes Promoted to Chief Financial Officer at Campus Life & Style


NEW YORK, Feb. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Vesper Holdings ("Vesper") is pleased to announce that Joseph Hughes has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer at Campus Life & Style ("CLS"), its wholly-owned property management company.  CLS manages Vesper's rapidly growing portfolio of off-campus apartment communities.  With nearly 17,000 beds spread across 22 markets, Vesper's student housing portfolio is the 8th largest in the United States.

Mr. Hughes previously served as CLS' Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.  In his new role as CFO, Mr. Hughes will be responsible for all financial activities of the company including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning and analysis.

Prior to joining CLS in 2016, Mr. Hughes served as American Campus Communities' Vice President of Budgeting & Forecasting, a position he held from 2007 to 2015.  He managed the team of analysts who were responsible for SEC reporting metrics and analysis, asset management, forecasting, and the annual budget preparation and review process - for over 200 owned and managed communities. Mr. Hughes graduated from Princeton University in 1997 with a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Mathematics.
