Leading National Commercial Roofing Company Using Competency Manager


BOSTON, Jan. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Custom software company CABEM Technologies has added a new customer, Tecta America New England. The commercial roofing company is implementing the Competency Manager product as its workforce development and compliance management system in five locations, including New York and Connecticut. The company has chosen CABEM's application to make its onboarding process easier, to help train employees, and to increase performance.

The Competency Manager allows for many different methods of learning, allowing employees to train and demonstrate competency to a set of specific requirements. The product proves competency through numerous methods including witnessing, mentoring, self-assessment, and standard LMS test-taking. Managers see their team's requirements, time-tables and progress while employees are held accountable and incented through assignments, notifications, and award programs.
