Hansel Volkswagen prepares inventory for release of 2019 Volkswagen Jetta

SANTA ROSA, Calif., Jan. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Ever since it was initially released to the American market, the Volkswagen Jetta line has found solid footing as one of the top compact sedans that the automotive industry has to offer. The biggest change that the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta has undergone has to do with its aesthetics; under Volkswagen Modular Transverse Matrix architecture, the new Jetta will come with a longer, wider and lower wheelbase. Under its redesigned and muscular hood, the Jetta will feature a 1.4-liter TSI® Inline 4 engine capable of producing 147 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque.   

Inside, the 2019 Jetta allows drivers to customize their road diagnostics as part of the Volkswagen Digital Cockpit display, and media can be streamed through an available BeatsAudiotm speaker system. This makes the Jetta the first Volkswagen model in the United States to offer such a system. In addition, heated and ventilated front seats will combine with dual-zone automatic climate control and ambient interior lighting to give drivers a better sense of comfort and security than on previous models.  

Pricing for the 2019 Jetta is anticipated to start at $18,545, lower than past iterations.
