CALGARY, Jan. 11, 2018 /CNW/ - Return Energy Inc. ("Return" or the "Company") (TSX-V: "RTN") announces that, subject to regulatory approval, an aggregate of 5,000,000 options to acquire common shares of Return were granted to certain of its directors, officers, employees and consultants. The options have an exercise price of $0.10 per share, expire on January 10, 2023 and vest on a one-half (1/2) basis on each of the first and second anniversaries of January 10, 2018.
Return has determined that exemptions from the various requirements of TSX Venture Exchange Policy 5.9 are available for the grant of options.
