OPSEU and colleges joint statement: Arbitration award to be made during week of December 18


TORONTO, Dec. 17, 2017 /CNW/ - OPSEU CAAT Academic and the colleges' bargaining team participated in mediation from December 14 through December 16. Following the mediation, an arbitration took place on Saturday, December 16. The arbitrator's award will form the new collective agreement for Ontario college faculty and will be handed down during the week of December 18.

The arbitrator has imposed a continued media blackout until the award has been handed down.
