First Opinion, Inc. Acquires Behavioral Health Technology Company Incente, LLC; Announces New Business Unit, Voi

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- First Opinion, Inc. announced today it has acquired Incente, LLC, a behavioral health technology company based in Hanover, NH. In addition to the acquisition, First Opinion also announced the formation of a new business unit called Voi (http://voi.com). Voi will add Incente's offerings to its existing technologies to help organizations detect and prevent suicide.

Incente was created by clinical psychologists and professors at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College. Incente's software platform, Proxi (http://proxi.care), was designed to provide easy access to and completion of behavioral health assessments. In addition, it enables online collaboration and connection between someone suffering with a behavioral health disorder and his/her family, friends, behavioral health coaches and clinicians. It was a finalist for the Mobileys Award - an annual competition that challenges innovators across the U.S. to create game changing apps, products, and services - and was a finalist for the 2016 New Hampshire Social Innovation Challenge.

Voi partners with healthcare providers and organizations to detect and prevent suicide using advanced technology tools. Its primary product, Voi Detect, can generate a real-time risk score for individuals and provide advanced analytics to monitor and track operational and compliance metrics, which ultimately leads to saving lives.
