Fraser Institute Media Advisory: How long do Canadians wait for health care? Annual report coming Thursday, Dec. 7


VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - December 06, 2017) - On Thursday, Dec. 7, the Fraser Institute will release its annual survey of health-care wait times in Canada.

Waiting Your Turn: Wait Times for Health Care in Canada, 2017 measures how long Canadians waited for specialist appointments, surgeries and other medically necessary treatments this year.

The report also compares wait times in 2017 to previous years. The Fraser Institute has been tracking wait times in Canada since 1993.
