Rates at the Viva Wyndham Azteca and Viva Wyndham Maya in Playa del Carmen start from $107 and from Dec. 22 ? January 2, rates will start at $220. Palito de Coco offers Dominican fare. The full menu includes delectable items such as Casabitos de Mocion ? yucca flour tortillas with olive oil, oregano and garlic served with roasted eggplant, julienne vegetables and pico de gallo, and popular dishes such as Mofongo and grilled dorado with coconut sauce and rice. Special all-inclusive rates at the Viva Wyndham Dominicus Palace start from $130 per person, per night, double occupancy.
