Crystal Group Management Honored with Department of Defense ESGR Patriot Award


HIAWATHA, Iowa, Nov. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Crystal Group, a leading designer/manufacturer of rugged, long-life computer hardware, announced today that four management staff members were honored with an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award in recognition of extraordinary support of their employees serving in the Guard and Reserve.

ESGR, a Department of Defense agency, created the Patriot Award to publicly recognize individuals who provide outstanding patriotic support and cooperation for their employees to answer their nation's call to serve.

Crystal Group's Scott Kongable, President; Jim Shaw, Executive Vice President, Engineering; Michael Kruger, Vice President of Manufacturing; and San Havan, Senior Master Scheduler were nominated for being highly supportive of their employees who are active in military service. Nominations were received from Crystal Group employees Commander Chad Hutchinson, U. S. Navy Reserve and Sergeant Mike Molby, U.S. Army Reserve.
