GP Strategies Appoints New President and New Chief Financial Officer

COLUMBIA, Md., Nov. 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Global performance improvement solutions provider GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE: GPX) today announced that Adam Stedham has been appointed President, succeeding Douglas Sharp, who previously announced his intention to retire and is now President Emeritus.  Additionally, Michael Dugan has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Sharon Esposito-Mayer, who is transitioning her role and will be leaving the company to pursue other interests.

Prior to becoming President, Mr. Stedham served as a Senior Vice President of GP Strategies.  Since joining the Company in 1997, Mr. Stedham has served in roles of increasing responsibility, including leading various service lines, managing the Asia Pacific region, and leading business development initiatives in multiple industries. Mr. Stedham has significant expertise in global operations, learning and performance improvement. He holds Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Adult Education, and he is completing his doctorate in the University of Pennsylvania CLO program.

Prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Dugan served as Senior Vice President, Finance and has held various other roles of increasing responsibility since joining GP Strategies in 1997.  He holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
