SupplyHouse.com Offers 5% OFF Site-wide for Trade Tuesday


MELVILLE, N.Y., Nov. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- SupplyHouse.com, an e-commerce company that sells plumbing, heating and HVAC supplies, will offer a 5% off site-wide sale for their version of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, known as Trade Tuesday.

Taking place on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, November 28th, from 12AM ? 11:59PM EST; customers will be eligible for discounts on products from fittings to boilers and everything in between. Customers who are members of SupplyHouse.com's TradeMaster program, which includes approved trades-people and professionals, can receive 10% off site-wide. In addition, any Uponor or Taco products purchased before 8AM EST will receive an extra 1% off as a part of the "early bird" promo.

Trade Tuesday began in 2010 aiming to provide a day dedicated to industry professionals in the midst of the busy holiday season. "Black Friday and Cyber Monday have always been more geared towards the end consumer," said Fernando Cunha, Chief Operating Officer. "We felt that creating a major sale day revolving around the trade professionals in our industry shows our appreciation for them."

With shipments expected to drastically increase, Trade Tuesday is generally the company's busiest day of the year. Members of various departments throughout the company volunteer to help employees both in the fulfillment and customer service departments to ensure everything will run smoothly. "Trade Tuesday is a day where all of Customer Service rises to the challenge," said Nicole Lewis, Customer Service Captain. "We anticipate higher than ever call volumes and adjust our workday accordingly to make the most of our time. We even recruit volunteers from around the company to help us for the day. The goal is to answer every call and ensure the day is a success by working together to get to all customers in a timely fashion."
