New Mitsubishi models give Honda competitors a strong challenge

SHEFFIELD VILLAGE, Ohio, Nov. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Now that the 2018 model year is underway inside of the Spitzer Mitsubishi showroom, it's time for the newest members of the lineup to take on the competition. The automotive experts at Spitzer Mitsubishi have done some of the heavy lifting of vehicle research by completing a head-to-head glance at the 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 against a pair of competing Honda models. The compact crossover SUV and compact sedan have been placed against the latest versions of the Honda HR-V and Honda Civic, respectively. The results of the comparison may surprise some buyers who might be new to the Mitsubishi brand.

Searching through the compact crossover SUV class of the automotive industry can be an exercise in information overload. There are so many well-regarded vehicles, it can be difficult for buyers to get their arms around the subject. For the new model year, the 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport has picked up several upgrades; but how do they compare to what is offered by the 2018 Honda HR-V?

The biggest improvement made to the Mitsubishi crossover SUV is that it is now compatible with smartphone applications. It also offers more power than its Honda competitor and at a lower initial price point.

Distinguishing between the compact sedans available to today's buyers comes down to a few key points. As it applies to examining the 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 against the new Honda Civic, Spitzer Mitsubishi product experts are quick to point out that the two cars offer nearly identical infotainment and connectivity options. Additionally, the 2018 Mirage G4 also records better Environmental Protection Agency scores than the 2018 Civic. All of these things are accomplished with the Mitsubishi sedan hosting a starting manufacturer's suggested retail price thousands of dollars under where the Civic starts.

Anyone can view the Spitzer Mitsubishi inventory by visiting the dealership's website, www.spitzersheffield.com. The showroom is located at 4840 Transportation Drive, Sheffield Village, OH 440554. Buyers with questions about the 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport or 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage G4, can schedule a test drive today by calling, 866-980-1434.
