Industry Leaders Meet For 30th Annual Lasers & Photonics Marketplace Seminar

NASHUA, N.H., Nov. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lasers & Photonics Marketplace Seminar has announced the full agenda for 2018. The event will take place Monday, January 29, 2018 at the Marriott Marquis, in San Francisco, CA. Celebrating its 30th anniversary, the event is strategically scheduled the Monday between SPIE BiOS and SPIE Photonics West.

The Lasers & Photonics Marketplace Seminar is an important industry event that attracts senior business leaders and investors to present and discuss market opportunities and challenges. "The importance of the seminar continues to grow, as the lasers and photonics world is changing faster than ever?more acquisitions, new markets emerging, and new applications wherever you turn. The seminar agenda will include two keynote speakers. Scott Keeney, President and CEO of nLight, will discuss high power lasers diodes. The afternoon keynote with Chuck Mattera, CEO of II-VI Incorporated, will be presented in a conversational style. Mattera and Holton will explore Dr. Mattera's views on the different applications driving photonics markets, including industrial processing, optical communications, defense, life sciences, and semiconductors.

Allen Nogee, Laser Analyst, will present his analysis of the global laser market segments and growth trends?with data and insights to help photonics businesses plan the future. New this year, Conard Holton will join Allen Nogee onstage after his talk to explore the most important topics and provide more opportunity for questions.
