"Pearl provides an opportunity for Allied to go back to thousands of our clients and offer a no-cost certification that will immediately increase their home value," said Will Doyle of Allied Energy. "We can now offer new customers even more value from the New Jersey Clean Energy Programtm," he added.

Cherry Hill, New Jersey-based Allied has improved almost 6,000 homes in New Jersey, saving their clients millions while helping to offset homeowner cost through New Jersey's Clean Energy Programtm . A Pearl Certification Report will provide the homeowner a detailed record of a home's high-performing features, including efficient insulation, heating and cooling systems, ventilation and smart devices. Third-party certifications can add 5 percent or more to a home's sales price.

"Pearl certifies installations and improvements made by Pearl Advantage Program contractors," said Pearl President and COO Robin LeBaron. "Only a small number of elite contractors with a record of high quality work and customer service are accepted into the program. Allied Efficiency Experts is a perfect fit for the program, and we're delighted to work with them to help consumers capture the full value of efficiency improvements in their homes," he added.

Pearl Certification was founded by energy efficiency and residential construction experts with a goal of a developing a simple way to help homeowners make their homes more comfortable, healthy and energy efficient. Pearl also works closely with real estate agents and appraisers so the energy efficiency improvements are visible at the time of sale, and add value to the home.

Pearl has launched in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, and is currently expanding to New York and Pennsylvania, with further expansion planned on the east and west coasts in 2018. The Vienna, Virginia-based firm, which has raised more than $3.5 million from private and institutional investors, was accepted into the prestigious National Association of Realtors Reach Accelerator program earlier this year.
