University Fancards Names New Members to Board of Directors

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Nov. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- University Fancards LLC, home to The Official Prepaid Card of College Sportstm, named Walker Jones, Rob McCabe, and Robert Walker to its Board of Directors.

Walker Jones is the Senior Director for Global Sports Marketing and Business Development at Under Armour (NYSE: UA). He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi as a four-year football letterwinner. Prior to his time at Under Armour, he served as a sports agent with Jimmy Sexton's team, helping represent many FBS head coaches and NFL head coaches as well as several coordinators and assistants on both professional and collegiate levels. Jones is a former Vice President of Sports Properties for Telesouth Comm and formerly served as an Associate Athletic Director at Ole Miss.

Rob McCabe was a cofounder and currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Pinnacle Financial Partners, (NASDAQ: PNFP). He is a University of Tennessee graduate and served as the Vice Chairman of First American Corp. from 1994 until 1999. McCabe is a Chairman of the Development Committee at Nashville Downtown Partnership. He is a member of the Nashville area Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Nashville Electric Service Board. In addition, McCabe serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Diversicate, Inc. and National Health Investors.

Robert Walker is the current Executive Vice President of Apria Healthcare. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. He previously served as Managing Director at both ZVT Equity Partners and Managing Partner of PCW Investments. Walker is a Cofounder and a former Senior Vice President/General Manager of OralDNA and is a member of Paulaxy Plaza. In addition, Walker served as the former Chairman of ZVT Valet Trash and served on the board of Valet Waste (a New Mountain Portfolio Company) after its acquisition of ZVT. Walker also served as a Board Member of the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association.
