Incorporate Massage Awards First-Ever Winning Woman Scholarship

SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Incorporate Massage announces the first recipient for its Winning Woman Scholarship.

CEO of Incorporate Massage, Amelia Wilcox and team awards Winning Woman Scholarship to award recipient Amelia Brown

The scholarship was available to women across the country currently enrolled in an accredited University. The company received over 300 submissions, and it's just one of many initiatives the company is undertaking to support women in business.

"Less than four percent of C level executives are female. And that's something we want to change," said Wilcox. "I've experienced firsthand how hard it can be as a woman in business. Helping other women overcome some of the challenges we've had to face has become part of our DNA at Incorporate Massage, and it's something we're very proud of."

The winning scholarship essay, written by graduate student Amelia Brown, discusses bringing morale and culture together. If it's done right, Brown writes, "employees will have all the tools necessary to build a company from the inside out."

Brown, who studies Public Administration at Brigham Young University, received a $2,000 scholarship from Incorporate Massage this week. She is passionate about her community and promoting change. She currently serves as a research assistant in the Public Service Lab, and as the Development Director for the BYU Grantwell program, while working as a lead advisor in the MPA student mentorship program.

"We're so excited to award this scholarship to Amelia," said Incorporate Massage CEO Amelia Wilcox. "She has inspired us all. Amelia Brown has a bright future ahead of her as a strong business leader, and we can't wait to watch it unfold."

As Incorporate Massage continues to dominate the market as the nation's leading provider of workplace massage, it hasn't lost sight of its roots as a woman led company, or its vision for the future. And according to Wilcox this focus is a key reason for the company's continued success.

Incorporate Massage provides seated chair massage to companies across the United States and Canada. Formed in 2010, the company is dedicated to delivering long-term health to employees and financial benefits to organization through a dedicated team of professional, licensed therapists.
