Minnesota Engineering Firm Enters Teaming Agreement With Peraton to Pursue NASA SENSE Contract


MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Software engineering firm, EXB Solutions, Inc. was recently selected as teammate with Peraton in its bid for a NASA contract to build and maintain next generation advanced satellite technology network.

The Space Exploration Networks Services and Evolution (SENSE) program is intended to "support continuous operations, maintenance and sustainment of the relay and direct-to-earth networks and their evolution toward a future architectural vision," according to Solicitation No. NNG17588638R, issued May 16, 2017.

EXB is already working with Peraton performing tasks on the Space Communications Network Services Contract (SCNS), the program SENSE will succeed.

The SENSE program will advance 30-50 years of satellite technologies and set the stage for accelerated innovation in communications, navigation and exploration. Schwartzbauer added, "these are technologies that protect our country and keep the United States on the leading edge of space, air travel, communications, media distribution and secure mission-critical information. EXB engineers will join other SENSE teammates in the coming weeks as the proposal effort formally kicks off.
