1EDISource, e-SupplyLink Form Strategic Partnership Bringing Suppliers a Total Fulfillment Solution

SOLON, Ohio, Oct. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Software solutions developer 1EDISource announces a new strategic partnership with supply chain services provider e-SupplyLink, combining 1EDISource's expertise in EDI data management with e-SupplyLink's shipment planning capabilities to meet the complete fulfillment needs of their customers.

1EDISource provides innovative EDI software solutions, managed EDI, support and expert training with over 25 years of experience. Flexible and scalable EDI for trading partner compliance and seamless electronic communications for CPG, retail, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare and more. www.1EDISource.com

Suppliers using 1EDISource's on-premise software solution, EDI/HQtm, or their cloud-based EDI platform, ManagedXchangetm (MX), can now implement e-SupplyLink's order management system, ComplyLinktm to complete the order fulfillment process.

ComplyLink's interface significantly reduces data entry time with simple look-up tables and click-through screens, and the combined platform can scan, record and ship orders from the warehouse directly to customers, generate bills of lading, scan packages, create packing lists, print GS1/UCC-128 bar code shipping labels at the item, carton, and pallet level in real-time, and automatically create and transmit accurate 856 Advance Ship Notices.

"Our customers require the ability to not only send information to trading partners using EDI, but to package and send shipments themselves; however, not everyone is equipped with a warehouse management system capable of creating the necessary shipping documents," said Michael Hurley, Director of Product Management, 1EDISource. "This partnership opportunity fills that gap, allowing us to leverage the complementary capabilities of both 1EDISource and e-SupplyLink to provide a comprehensive fulfillment solution for our joint clients."

The partnership between 1EDISource and e-SupplyLink offers mutual benefits for clients of both companies to ensure a smoother, more efficient and productive order-to-cash process.

"1EDISource's EDI management tools offer advantages for e-SupplyLink customers, both from the standpoint of scalability and the ability to go back and look up original data transactions," said Todd Labonte, CEO, e-SupplyLink. "This partnership with 1EDISource provides great opportunities for a synergist approach to our clients' challenges now and in the future."
