Xilinx Attracts Overwhelming Demand for Inaugural Developer Forum in Beijing

Presentations and demonstration showcase from Alibaba, Amazon, Baidu, Huawei, iFlytek, Xilinx and other industry leaders

BEIJING, Oct. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX) today launched the first Xilinx Developer Forum in Beijing, uniting a sell-out audience from the user community with the Xilinx development team, partners, and industry experts in a day of education, connection and sharing. The agenda includes a general session and three separate tracks supporting a comprehensive range of different developer types:

Software Application Development Track

• For software developers looking to accelerate applications such as machine learning, vision, streaming video, data analytics, and genomics using reconfigurable logic & massive parallelism

Embedded Software Development Track

• For embedded developers creating system software for multi-processor, heterogeneous, or reconfigurable systems on a single chip

Hardware Development Track

• For hardware developers seeking to accelerate their productivity with best practices from industry experts

Xilinx technical presentations will cover tips and tricks and latest design techniques using Xilinx development flows.  Presentations from industry leaders Alibaba, Amazon, Baidu, DeePhi, Huawei and iFlytek will highlight how Xilinx® technology is being used in highly dynamic and high-growth applications, particularly accelerated computing from the edge to the cloud.  Attendees will also benefit from direct interaction with the Xilinx development team and  a variety of technology and applications demonstrations including cloud acceleration, ADAS, intelligent surveillance, sensor fusion, machine learning.
