Clarity Capital Launches Socially-Responsible Investment (SRI) Strategy

TEL AVIV, Israel, Oct. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Clarity Capital, a leader in Global Wealth Management, announced that they are launching a Socially- Responsible Investment (SRI) strategy. The company is working with Greeneye, an advisory firm specializing in socially-responsible investments, in order to implement this initiative. SRI has increasingly been adopted by institutional investors in the US and Europe as an investment approach that combines both financial and social objectives.

Socially-responsible investments take into account environmental and social considerations and the risks stemming from the absence of proper corporate governance, in addition to regular financial and market risk considerations. Issues such as fair representation, workers' rights, workers' safety, equal opportunities, corruption and environmental pollution are all considered along with financial issues. Socially responsible investors avoid investing in markets that are considered "unethical" and invest heavily in markets that are thought to contribute substantially towards the good of society.

"Responsible investing has been a priority for us since the company's inception over a decade ago. We are excited to formalize this strategy, which is a natural extension of our values, and bring it to our clients," said Amir Leybovitch, CEO of Clarity Capital.
