Timed to the launch of Gail's first cookbook Bringing It Home: Favorite Recipes from a Life of Adventurous Eating which debuts next week, Plated will feature the Za'atar Chicken Schnitzel with Israeli Salad recipe from her cookbook on its menu, share an interview and behind-the-scenes video on Plated's content site Morsel, host a cooking demo with Gail from the Plated Test Kitchen on Facebook Live, and more.
