Team Select Home Care Announces Investment From Tenex Capital Management


PHOENIX, Oct. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Team Select Home Care ("Team Select") is pleased to announce an investment from Tenex Capital Management ("Tenex"), a private investment firm.

Team Select is a provider of post-acute healthcare services in a home-based setting to patients across the southwestern and central United States. Team Select operates four complementary service models: Medicare home health, pediatric long-term care, mobile outpatient therapy, and certified nursing assistant training. The company holds a 5 out of 5 Star CMS Quality of Patient Care Ranking, putting the company in the top 3 percent of agencies nationwide.

The transaction was effective as of Oct. 2, 2017.
