Dan Robinson Joins Xometry to Lead Operations


GAITHERSBURG, Md., Oct. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Xometry the leading on-demand manufacturing platform, announced today that Dan Robinson has joined as Senior Vice President of Operations.  Robinson joins from Sea Ray, a division of the Brunswick Corp, where he managed over 600 employees as the Director of Operations.  He will report directly to Randy Altschuler, CEO and Co-Founder of Xometry.

Robinson, a member of the leadership team, will play a key role in building Xometry's Operations team and growing its manufacturing capabilities.   He will be responsible for customer service, quality control, shipping and the Manufacturing Partner Network of over 600 small manufacturers across the United States. He will focus on ensuring the highest quality standards and on-time performance for all Xometry parts.
