• The Cubic Virtual Ticket Agent: a hybrid of a virtual walk-up ticket office and ticket vending machine video-linked to a live operator at a call center. The system helps public transit agencies to decrease or eliminate the need for customer service representatives at the least busy stations on a rail line, improve customer service at unattended devices and more easily address clients speaking different languages.
• Mobile ticketing and One Account: demonstrations of mobile ticketing, trip planning and payment trends. Demo will also show how a single account or funding source is the future of urban mobility, along with pay-as-you-go, account-based ticketing and Near Field Communication.
• NextBus: designed for multimodal transit agencies, authorities and operators, the NextBus Suite introduces a new Transit Management as a Service (TMaaS), cloud-based, machine learning architecture that will deliver the industry's most intuitive trio of RTPI, proactive transit operations and mobile fare payments including services, software and hardware.
