ELKO, Nev., Oct. 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Gold Corp. (NASDAQ: USAU), a Nevada corporation today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in a "firm commitment" underwritten public offering.
U.S. Gold Corp. also expects to grant to the underwriter for the offering a 45-day option to purchase an additional 15% of the shares of common stock sold in the public offering. U.S. Gold Corp. intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
Laidlaw & Company (UK) Ltd. is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering.
