Truck, Commercial, and Performance Green Car of the Year Finalists Announced by San Antonio Auto & Truck Show

SAN ANTONIO, Oct. 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Car Journal has identified finalists for its prestigious Green Car Awardstm hosted annually by the San Antonio Auto & Truck Show in San Antonio, Texas. In contention for the 2018 Performance Green Car of the Yeartm award are the Acura NSX, Chevrolet Camaro, Ford Mustang, Honda Civic Type R, and Mazda MX-5 Miata. 2018 Green Truck of the Yeartm finalists include the Chevrolet Colorado, Ford F-150, GMC Canyon, Honda Ridgeline, and Toyota Tacoma. Finalists for 2018 Commercial Green Car of the Yeartm include the Ford F-250 Super Duty, Ford Transit Connect, Ford Police Responder Hybrid, Mercedes-Benz Metris, and RAM ProMaster City.

Nominated vehicles will be on display in a special Green Car Awardstm Finalists Exhibit during the run-of-show. Winners will be announced at a Green Car Journal press conference on November 9.
