3M Canada Announces its Newest Innovation in Painting

New 3Mtm PPStm Series 2.0 Spray Cup System provides

LONDON, ON, Oct. 4, 2017 /CNW/ - 3M Canada has introduced the next evolution in its paint application technology ? the 3Mtm PPStm Series 2.0 Spray Cup System.

The 3Mtm PPStm Series 2.0 Spray Cup System dramatically improves the flow of the painting process with an improved spray cup design that delivers advanced performance, efficiency and cleanliness.

The first disposable paint cup system ? 3Mtm PPStm Paint Preparation System - was introduced to Canada in 2002. The system reinvented how painters in the collision repair industry managed the paint process, reducing solvent use by up to 70 percent and decreasing prep time by up to 50 percent. It quickly became the standard for painters around the world.

Now, after consulting with hundreds of painters from around the world, 3M has introduced a new spray cup design ? 3Mtm PPStm Series 2.0 Spray Cup System ? that eliminates the need for a separate collar, adds a quarter-turn lid locking system and incorporates new features that increase productivity and reduce downtime.
