IGT and Chill Gaming Announce Distribution Agreement

LONDON, Oct. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- International Game Technology PLC ("IGT") (NYSE: IGT) and Chill Gaming announce a multi-year distribution agreement whereby IGT is the sole distributor of Chill Gaming products worldwide outside of Australia and New Zealand. Chill Gaming, derived by blending the words "chance" and "skill," is a joint venture between Crown Resorts (ASX: CWN) and New Gaming Pty Ltd, which is owned by the founders of Wymac Gaming Solutions. Chill Gaming will focus on producing a range of innovative casino experiences aimed at creating value, entertainment, and engaging a broad demographic of players.

Two of Chill Gaming's games, Bloomtopiatm and Fortunes of the Bravetm, will join the more than 400 gaming innovations in IGT's booth 3659 at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas, Oct. 3-5.

• The Bloomtopia game is a five-reel game that enables players to play for monetary and non-monetary rewards. The Bloomtopia game gives players the opportunity to grow and nurture a virtual garden throughout gameplay, by awarding virtual resources such as water, sunlight, and seeds. As a player cultivates its garden and watches it mature into a personalized and attractive environment, the player will earn in-game status and access to un-lock different garden styles.
• The Fortunes of the Brave game offers players a unique casino experience that melds skill and chance. Fortunes of the Brave game players will have the opportunity to create an in-game character that they can customize throughout gameplay by earning and applying virtual currencies to purchase new game content. Players embody their in-game characters in premium, video game-style bonus events where player performance influences the bonus reward. The game pairs proven slot base game mechanics and with a combat bonus feature that rewards performance.
