SaintyCo Updates All Automatic Capsule Filling Machines

RUI'AN, China, Oct. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- SaintyCo, a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical equipment, announces its new generation of capsule filling machines. These include 6 series of fully automatic capsule filling machines, which include PrimaFill, AdvantaFill, MagnaFill, UltraFill, Dosator and ProCap.

Pharmaceutical companies will also choose from the 2 series of semi-automatic capsule filling machines. These include SF-V12 and SF-V25.

"Our upgraded automatic capsule filling machines are cGMP, with either torque or servo motors for accurate powder or granule filling process," said Mr. Tony Zeng, SaintyCo General Manager. "Besides, they have a robust control mechanism and modular design for easy operation, maintenance and part changeover."

The new generation of SaintyCo automatic capsule filling machines features either tamping pin or dosator technologies. Also available are the micro-dosing machines that can fill as low as 5 mg.

These upgraded automatic capsule filling machines are low and high capacity equipment that can produce a few to over 450,000 capsules/hour. This makes SaintyCo automatic capsule filling machines suitable for clinical trials, R&D or mass capsule filling in pharmaceutical industries.

Moreover, the number of stations and segments vary depending on the specific capsule filling needs, while allowing for easy upgrade where necessary. The machines can fill a range of capsule sizes from #0 to #4 or #00 to #5.

For seamless operation, SaintyCo automatic capsule filling machines feature Siemens PLC systems with a touchscreen human machine interface (HMI). Operators can configure, change parameters and monitor process operation through the HMI.

Additionally, SaintyCo new automatic capsule filling machines have better drive cam mechanism, silicon sealing and modified drive system. With a double axis movement in specific series and high precision gap indexing box, the machines guarantee consistent and predictable capsule filling.

Other features of the new automatic capsule filling machine includes 3D adjustment mechanism, auto-lubrication system, advanced dust handling capability, vacuum cleaning system and indoor dehumidifier.

Every automatic capsule filling machine features SaintyCo's patented designs and technologies that increase service lifespan of the tooling system.

Also, to cater for most capsule filling needs, SaintyCo allows for custom designs that conform to specific production needs.
