Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP announced today that it has represented Boustead Securities, LLC, as lead underwriter and Network 1 Financial Securities, Inc., as co-underwriter in a $20.2 million initial public offering of China Internet Nationwide Financial Services Inc. (NASDAQ: CIFS), a provider of financial advisory services to small-to-medium sized enterprises in China. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on August 8, 2017 under the symbol 'CIFS'.
