Public Notice - Lane reduction on Des Joachims Bridge


GATINEAU, QC, July 27, 2017 /CNW/ - Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) wishes to advise motorists of the following lane reduction on the Des Joachims Bridge, connecting Rolphton, Ontario, and Rapides-des-Joachims, Quebec.

On Friday, July 28, between 9 am and 3 pm, the single lane on the bridge will be reduced to 3.2 metres. Traffic control signage will be in place, and vehicular traffic will be controlled by flagpersons. Motorists may encounter delays of up to 15 minutes during this time.

The reduction is necessary to conduct general cleaning of the bridge.

In case of inclement weather, the reduction will be postponed to a later date.
