SigmaDek Ltd. - Proposal to Creditors

CHICOUTIMI, QC, July 6, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - SigmaDek Ltd. ( SigmaDek or the Company) filed on June 13, 2017 a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act R.S.C. (1985), c. B-3 which was approved by the creditors on July 5, 2017 and which will be submitted for approval to a Judge sitting in Superior Court for the Judicial District of Chicoutimi (No: 150-11-004552-170) at the Chicoutimi Courthouse located at 227 Racine Street East, Chicoutimi, Quebec, G7H 7B4, on July 27, 2017 at 9:15 am, room 3.01 or as soon as counsel may be heard.

At the same time, the Company will ask the Superior Court for permission to reorganize itself within the meaning Section 192 of the Business Corporation Act of Alberta (Statutes Revised of Alberta 2000 (Chapter B-9).

This Proposal and the associated Reorganization will not affect or interrupt the normal course of SigmaDek's business.
