American Seed and Oil Company Prepares to Burst Back Into Cannabis Market as Social Network Exchange Between Entrepreneurs and Investors

(USOTC: USMJ) today announced its subsidiary, American Seed and Oil Company, has recently been the subject of renewed investor interest. In conjunction with the pending acquisition of USMJ by American Cannabis Innovations Conglomerated ("ACI"), the American Seed and Oil Company operation will be reinvigorated as a social network exchange between entrepreneurs and investors.

The American Seed and Oil Company subsidiary was USMJ's first operation to enter the cannabis sector. Back in 2013, the American Seed and Oil Company implemented a cannabis enterprise incubation business model to test various cannabis industry enterprises on a small scale.

Market tests included growing hemp and medical marijuana, in addition to developing a number of various cannabis related consumer products and services.  Once the incubation process produced the AmeriCanna Cafe, the American Seed and Oil Company continued to incubate small cannabis enterprises, but more behind the scenes than before.

The pending acquisition of a controlling interest in USMJ by ACI has brought a renewed investment interest in the American Seed and Oil Company.  ACI plans to invigorate American Seed and Oil Company's operations and open up the incubation business model to cannabis enterprises outside of the ACI umbrella.  ACI's concept is to build American Seed and Oil Company's incubation business model into a social network for cannabis entrepreneurs to present and trial their products and services to interested investors.
