Solteq Plc (Solteq) has received today notification based on chapter 9 section 5 of the Securities Market Act from Profiz Business Solution Plc (Profiz), company ID: 0830732-2.
According to the notification of major shareholding, Profiz's holdings and proportion of voting rights of Solteq Plc has increased over the 10% threshold on 20 April 2017 due to acquisition of shares. Profiz holds 1.808.21 shares in Solteq Plc, which represent 10.04 per cent of all of the company's shares and votes (9.90 per cent before).
Solteq's registered number of shares and votes is 18.003.635. Solteq has a single series of shares.
