SHANGHAI, Jan. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Yum China Holdings, Inc. ("Yum China"), (NYSE: YUMC) today announced that its 2017 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on April 28, 2017. The record date for the annual meeting will be February 28, 2017.
