Northview Apartment REIT Announces January 2017 Distribution
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Jan. 16, 2017) - Northview Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:NVU.UN) announced its January 2017 monthly distribution in the amount of $0.1358 per trust unit, payable on February 15, 2017 to holders of trust units of record at January 31, 2017.
As at the date hereof, there are 49,944,749 trust units (NVU.UN) issued and outstanding and 5,814,664 Northview Apartment REIT Class B units issued and outstanding.
