Kapadia, founder and long-time CEO of the Company, has returned from medical leave to resume his responsibilities as Chairman and CEO of Star.

The Board of Directors welcomes Mr. Kapadia's return and looks forward to his leadership. It also wishes to thank Mr. Jean-Louis Larmor for his support and guidance as Interim CEO during Mr. Kapadia's absence. Mr. Larmor has resumed his duties as Chief Operating Officer.
