Vinson & Elkins' Leveraged Finance Practice Adds Partner Lucy Jenkins in London

LONDON, Oct. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Vinson & Elkins continues to expand its global corporate practice with the addition of leveraged finance partner Lucy Jenkins in London. 

Jenkins was previously with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. She is the second partner in as many months to join V&E's internationally recognized Leveraged Finance group in London, following the addition of Noel Hughes in September.

Jenkins joins a growing team of corporate partners in V&E's London office. In addition to Hughes, recent arrivals include Paul Simcock in January and John Dawson and Federico Fruhbeck, who came on board in late 2017.

Jenkins focuses her practice on acquisition and leveraged finance transactions, primarily related to sponsor-led M&A activity. She also has extensive experience in cross-border financing and advises on debt restructuring.

Jenkins completed her Legal Practice Course (passing with Distinction) and Postgraduate Diploma in Law (passing with Commendation) at The College of Law, London.
