VANCOUVER, Oct. 10, 2018 /CNW/ - American Helium Inc. (the "Company" or "American Helium") (TSX.V: AHE) (OTC: AHELF) (XFRA: 43UB) announces that Mr. Frank Jacobs has resigned as President, CEO and Director of the Company effective immediately. The Board thanks Mr. Jacobs for his contributions during his tenure with the Company and we wish him the best in his future endeavours. Mr. Lawrence Pemble will assume the role of interim CEO.
