Comparably.com, a site that solicits employee feedback for the purpose of portraying company cultures and employer brands, ranks U-Haul No. 8 among all large companies for providing employees the best work-life balance ? a leading predictor of employee happiness.

U-Haul, headquartered in Phoenix since 1967, is the lone Arizona-based company on the top 25 list for large or small/midsize companies.

Rankings were determined by online polls of visitors to Comparably.com.
