"FOX" Adds To Executive Team With Legal And HR Leads


NEW YORK and LOS ANGELES, Oct. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- FOX, the company to be spun-off in connection with 21st Century Fox's (21CF) merger with The Walt Disney Company, today announced that senior 21CF executives have been named to future leadership roles across legal and human resources.  The appointments, which take effect upon close of the Disney transaction and the creation of the new FOX, were announced by Lachlan Murdoch, FOX Chairman and CEO.  

Mr. Murdoch commented, "FOX's defining asset is its people.  These promotions of our best executives to leadership of FOX mark another important milestone in the establishment of the stand-alone FOX."

Mss. Tuzon and Ratner will report to Viet Dinh, FOX Chief Legal and Policy Officer. Mr. Lord will continue reporting to FOX News Channel CEO Suzanne Scott and, in his FOX role, will report to John Nallen, FOX Chief Operating Officer.
